Domains and other costs
- You can connect one web address you already own after Sole Trader Admin has checked the domain settings. There is no separate website fee on top of the intended subscription price.
- Registering or renewing a domain with your registrar remains your cost. Sole Trader Admin does not sell domain names on this website.
- A free included public website address is not currently active. Do not plan around one until it is offered and enabled for your business.

These limits keep the product focused on everyday website and admin work for one person running a local service.
- Online card payments for customer invoices.
- Full accounting, bookkeeping or expense records.
- Making Tax Digital filing or tax returns.
- Automated appointment booking for customers.

What is included?

Is there a free trial?
No. Public self-serve trial access is not offered on this website, and no card is taken here. A complimentary 30-day pilot may be offered to an invited business. It does not authorise a charge.
When will I be charged?
Not when you create an account here. Billing is not live on this website. After payment is available, you would choose monthly or annual yourself. Nothing is charged automatically when a complimentary pilot ends.
Can I cancel?
Cancellation and refund terms for a paid subscription are not finalised on this website yet because billing is not live. After payment is available, this page will explain what applies before you pay.
What happens to my website if I leave?
The owner can download a private copy of the business records for seven days. Closing an account and deleting records are not available today. What happens to a published site after cancellation is not finalised here — do not treat this page as a retention policy.

Can customers pay invoices online?
No. Sole Trader Admin does not take card payments or collect invoice payments online. You record payment yourself when the customer pays you by your own method.
